Jay has more than 30 years of development experience and has worked throughout Michigan on a wide variety of municipal and non-profit projects, guiding organizations through pre-campaign feasibility studies, capital campaign counsel, current development program assessments, project management, and board development.

John Norden – Senior Consultant

John has a comprehensive background in development with over 30 years of experience with endowment-building, capital campaigns, annual support, and planned giving.  He served Hope College for eighteen years as Regional Director and Director of Planned Giving, and Holland Home for five years as Vice President for Development.

Lynn Kotecki 

In her capacity as Community Bank President for Huntington Banks in the greater Holland/Zeeland region, Lynn has had the opportunity to serve in a host of volunteer event and fundraising activities.  With her retirement from banking, Lynn has become one of the most sought after fundraising and event consultants in the field.  She brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients in the areas of board development and strengthening annual development programs.

Linda Brand 

Linda’s hands-on, relationship-based work style has propelled a 15 year career in marketing and sales management, 10 years experience in business consulting, and includes key specialty areas of leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational development.

Mark de Roo 

Mark’s professional background in human resources consulting spans 20 years and includes key experience in recruitment and staffing, performance management systems, team building and conflict management, employee manuals, and outplacement counseling.

Milton Nieuwsma 

With more than 25 years of experience raising funds for churches, schools, hospitals and other non-profits, Milt has been twice honored nationally by his colleagues in the fundraising profession and serves as an ordained elder in the Reformed Church in America.
